Description of Services

La Mesa Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring provides concrete flooring services including, but not limited to, epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete, stained concrete, polyaspartic coatings, garage floor coatings, concrete sealing, concrete resurfacing, pool deck coatings, and related concrete preparation and finishing work. Services are provided in La Mesa and surrounding communities in California.

All services are subject to a written estimate or work order. No work will begin without your explicit approval of the scope and pricing. We reserve the right to decline any job that falls outside our area of expertise or that we cannot complete to our quality standards.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on information available at the time of the on-site assessment. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. Prices may change if the scope of work changes, if site conditions discovered during the job differ materially from what was visible at the estimate, or if material costs increase significantly.

Any changes to the scope of work after the estimate is approved will be communicated to you before additional work is performed. We will not proceed with additional work or incur additional costs without your approval.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Once a job is scheduled, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee to cover crew scheduling and mobilization costs. We will notify you as promptly as possible if we need to reschedule due to weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for preparing the work area before our crew arrives, as described in the pre-job instructions we provide. This typically includes clearing the floor of all items and ensuring vehicle access. Delays caused by an unprepared site may result in rescheduling.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be stated in your written estimate or work order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Payment is due in full at the time the job is completed and accepted unless a written payment plan has been agreed to in advance.

We accept payment by check, cash, or the electronic payment methods listed in your work order. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances and to recover reasonable attorney fees and collection costs if legal action becomes necessary.

Warranty Disclaimers

We stand behind the quality of our work. Any specific warranty terms will be included in your written estimate or work order. In the absence of a written warranty, we warrant that work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, chemical spills not consistent with normal use, impact damage, water intrusion from sources outside our control, or conditions that were disclosed to us or visible at the time of the estimate that were accepted by the customer.

Limitation of Liability
