La Mesa Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring was founded in 2019 by a concrete flooring crew that had spent years working for larger companies and watched too many jobs get rushed. Bad prep work. Thin coatings. Floors that started peeling within a year. They decided to do it differently.
Based right here in La Mesa, we work on homes and businesses across the greater San Diego area - from the hillside neighborhoods of La Mesa to commercial facilities in Chula Vista and Escondido. La Mesa is our home base. We know the local housing stock well - the older ranch homes and bungalows built in the 1950s and 60s, the sloped lots, and the concrete slabs that were poured without moisture barriers. That local knowledge shapes how we approach every job.
We offer 16 concrete flooring services, from epoxy coatings and polished concrete to pool deck resurfacing and terrazzo. Every job gets the same process: proper prep, the right products for the California climate, and clear communication from the first call to the final walkthrough.
